Discover the Living Library
3rd March 10am - 1pm, Wood Avenue Library
9th March 10am - 1pm, Cheriton Library

The ground-breaking ‘Living Library’ project is coming to the Folkestone area, with events in Cheriton and Wood Avenue.

The idea is simple: you come to the library and ‘borrow’ a person to hear their stories directly rather than from the page. It is free to take part and the ‘Books’ cover a range of fascinating topics, from teaching in Tibet to life with a canine carer. They can be reserved in advance and each ‘loan’ lasts about 20 minutes.

Try out a book from the Living Library and prepare for a completely new experience!

For more information, ring 01303 850123 or pop into your local library.
